Detox dinner

I'm in the midst of my annual detox- fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, a little fish.... And that's basically it! Tonight I had a yummy salad of butter lettuce, red onions, avocados, salmon, and a dressing made out of carrots, shallots, ginger, miso, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Mmmmmmm
